Hot Cross Bun
This is absolutely adorable~
Photo note:
"I like waking up to emails asking me to design a crochet hot cross bun. Whipped this up in an hour at Knit Club and wowed the ladies in the process. :)
I had forgotten that when I was maybe 5 years old, at Sears, I was mesmerized by a little hot cross bun bracelet. I remember thinking that I'd regret for the rest of my life (ha) if I didn't get it, that this was a HUGE life decision and the hot cross bun bracelet was somehow going to make me happy and make my life complete (ya know, at age 5). Well, I didn't ask for it, and indeed regretted it for many many years...perhaps this can replace the hot cross bun void in my life.
I just recently learned that it's believed a piece of a hot cross bun given to a sick person helps them recover. Maybe deep down that's why I needed that hot cross bun bracelet..."
Birthday Cake
I love this!
Photographer's note:
"If I was any good at embroidery, I'd have written a Happy Birthday message on it... "

tapas 2 wensleydale
So, I was looking up knitting and tapas, as I had some great tapas the other day in Poulsbo. So far, this is what I've come up with. Makes me want to get the spinning wheel out. . . this is gorgeous!
